As of XXXXX, one week scouring the streets of Olegton will grant a retry on a knowledge check (as though the character had gained a rank in the skill).
Spellcaster Availability
- 75% chance, checked once per week, for access to a spellcaster with access up to 2nd level spells.
- 25% chance, checked once per week, for access to a spellcaster with access up to 3rd level spells.
These levels increase as the settlement population increases.
